Cole Hauser is back in the saddle and ready to spice up the second half of Yellowstone’s fifth and final season.
“It’s been a year and a half,” Hauser, who plays Rip Wheeler in Yellowstone, says of his last time working on the show in Montana. “I’m looking forward to seeing my coworkers again.”

The actor also expressed similar sentiments regarding his desire to “see Taylor (Sheridan) again.”
“I think he’ll direct some episodes,” Hauser added of Sheridan, who created Yellowstone. “So I’m happy about it. I just go back to Montana and go to work.”

Yellowstone ended on January 1, 2023 with Season 5, Episode 8, “A Knife and No Coin.” Filming was halted after just a few months due to last year’s WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, which lasted into September and November, respectively.
During a flashback in which Lip accepts a lifelong commitment to the Dutton Ranch, John Dutton (Kevin Costner) offers Monica (Kelsey Asbill) and her family a place to stay at the ranch, and Jamie Dutton (Wes Bentley) invites you to stay at the ranch. Hauser also reflects on fan reaction to his previous work on Yellowstone and how viewers responded to the show’s response. “It was pretty cool” to see that, he said. “It’s always great to create characters that push boundaries, and it’s pretty wild that this show has influenced so many people,” Hauser says.
The star explains that fan sympathy for Lip is “a great recognition of what the people of this country want,” especially when it comes to his character, which he calls “honesty, courage, integrity. He describes it as “simple and wonderful values” such as “courage, honesty, and integrity.” Termination” and “Love”.
